In order to provide the highest possible standard of service to you, we need the support from our members to grow, develop and be all we can be.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for being a member of the EAKC. When you became a member of the EAKC or any of its subsidiaries (GSDL, LKA, LRCEA, JKCEA, BAEA) you implicitly agreed to abide by the rules & regulations as set out in the constitution of the EAKC.

All products and services are sold to members only as part of the services offered by the Club. Our margins are calculated at the minimum possible margin to cover the club overheads and facilities costs, don’t forget our time is also an important and limited resource.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Accounts are due for settlement immediately unless otherwise approved by the council (only applies to Full EAKC Members).
You may settle the account using:
- CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
- M-PESA / Jambopay
Should an account not be settled within 14 days then a reminder would be sent with an additional accounting fee in respect of administrative costs incurred. Should it be necessary for further reminders to be sent, further charges will be incurred. These, however, maybe waived if payment is made promptly. After due notice, to you, the client, overdue accounts will be referred to our Debt Collection Agency and further charges will be levied in respect if costs incurred in collecting the debt, such as production of reports, correspondence, court fees, attendance at court, phone calls, home visits, etc.
Any cheque returned by our Bank as unpaid, any Credit Card payment not honoured and any Cash tendered that is found to be counterfeit will result in the original account being restored to the original sum with further charges added in respect of bank charges and administrative costs together with interest on the principal sum.
INABILITY TO PAY
If, for any reason, you are unable to settle your account as specified, we ask you to discuss the matter as soon as possible with the EAKC Secretary.
COMPLAINTS AND STANDARDS
We hope that you never have recourse to complain about the standards of service received from East Africa Kennel Club, however, if you feel that there is something you wish to complain about, please direct your comments in the first instance to the EAKC Secretary, we have a disciplinary committee for serious matters.
If you find defect with your product, such as expiry, please return it to us as soon as possible so we can handle the matter as best as possible. Damage incurred to packaging during transport will be addressed with the transporter.
