Once upon a time, ladies were not allowed to be members of the Kennel Club (UK) in their own right. However, in Kenya these rules were never applied. Our Ladies Kennel Association was simply formed by some intrepid ladies to help bolster the EAKC and add one more all breed Championship Dog Show to the calendar.
Though it is a small club, it runs a very successful Championship Dog Show early on in the year each year to which they invite an International All Breed Judge.
These shows run over 2 days, all breeds are exhibited and they always shine with the LKA’s Particular feminine touch.
